Hyundai E&C has developed and applied “GENZ (Generation Z) Style,” introducing new colors and patterns to its apartment brand “Hillstate” design.

“GENZ Style” has been created in collaboration with Massimo Caiazzo, a world-renowned color master, color magician and vice president of the International Association of Color Consultants (IACC), as well as BE:A Company, a space directing company. Through its unique variety of colors and patterns, GENZ Style will offer sensuous and sophisticated inspirations to conventional standardized apartment design.
This latest development will allow Hyundai E&C to implement a total design that integrates design manuals by sector, lead future residential trends and maximize brand value through design upgrades based on diversity and scalability.

During the development, Hyundai E&C selected design elements that can maximize customer experience by conducting case studies and consumer analysis and considered diverse touch points that will grasp the attention of the customers, from the apartment’s first impression that is the distant view, to the entrance, and exterior space of the complex to the interior of households. By applying a specialized design to customer-facing touch points, the company plans to establish a more powerful visual identity unique to Hillstate, giving it a more sharp and edgy look and feel.

Starting from the second half of this year, “GENZ Style” will be test applied to Hillstate Munju, underground parking lots, and piloti designs and will gradually be applied to the overall design based on upgraded applications.
