1  Welcome to Hyundai E&C interns!

interns!

Hyundai E&C recruited new interns and conducted a 12-week internship program in January 2022. For this program, a total of 104 interns were selected out of about 2,900 graduate-to-be from a four-year university or a graduate school through document screening and interviews. What is notable about this year’s internship program is that Korea’s primary builder significantly increased the number of interns recruited for building and safety areas in response to the change in the manpower demand in the domestic construction market. Starting with receiving an introduction training program on January 3, new interns were deployed to 67 construction sites for civil engineering, building and plant projects to have a wider understanding of construction sites during 12 weeks. Following several rounds of evaluation such as observation assessment, job assessment, problem solving assessment and overall interview, they will be newly hired about on March 25.
