The success story initiated by Hyundai Apartment was continued by the premium apartment brands “Hillstate” and “The H.” Based on our longstanding trust with customers, Hillstate was launched in September 2006 as a pioneering step among Korean apartment brands. The brand name Hillstate was conceived by combining the trademark “H emblem” of Hyundai E&C, the word “Hill” to symbolize a premium residential complex, and “State” meaning a space that embody a sense of pride and prestige. As a lifestyle leader, Hillstate has been releasing annual iterations of the H series since 2018, further solidifying its standing as Korea’s number one residential brand.
The launch of the premium apartment brand “The H” in April 2015 realized Hyundai E&C’s goal of establishing “a singular perfection” for the happiness of customers. The H was created by combining our “H emblem” to maximize Hyundai E&C’s brand value and the definite article “THE” in English to emphasize its originality. To this end, The H will set a new standard for premium apartments in Korea that completely surpasses all others.
Going forward, Hyundai E&C will showcase future-oriented residential technologies befitting of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and spearhead Korea’s housing trends by providing premium residential spaces and services that value customer satisfaction as the top priority.
