Eterno Cheongdam, a work of world-renowned architectural master Rafael Moneo, has an excellent view of the Han River in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea's iconic affluent neighborhood. It is a standalone building for a total of 29 households with 4 basement floors to 20 floors above ground. The first floor will be decorated with a hotel-style lobby, with 22 single-story households and 6 double-story households between the 2nd to 18th floors, and a double-story super penthouse on the 19th to 20th floors at the top.

Eterno means “forever” in Spanish. It is Rafael Mono's first project in Asia, which embodies the architectural ideals and artistic aura of Rafael Mono, in pursuit of timeless permanence.

“I am grateful to have the opportunity to design a building that will become a landmark of Korea. As it is a building located in an iconic area, I hope it will be a building that positively affects not only local residents but also the entire city of Seoul. I will design it to be a meaningful building that will answer the question 'What should a building look like in the city?’” - February 2020 interview after visiting the site

Eterno Cheongdam, located in a neighborhood which presents the most characteristic areas of the city, will become a landmark like a beacon shining over Gangnam. The north side of the Han River is a stacked structure consisting of geometric frames using vertical pillars and horizontal lines, giving a sense of unity from the outside, while the interior in contrast guarantees perfect privacy.
