THE H Banpo La Class, the inaugural project of the H brand, involves the reconstruction of the Samho Garden Apartment Complex 3, featuring a total of 848 units across six buildings with 4 underground floors and 35 above-ground floors. This development serves as a symbol of the new Banpo, distinguished from other developments by its exterior, landscaping, and community features. Hyundai E&C incorporated prestigious design elements that elevate the complex's image, including the first curved and wavy ornamentation in Korean housing and the longest gatepost at the entrance, which maximizes its symbolic impact. At THE H La Class, residents can enjoy panoramic views of the Banpo area from the Sky Lounge located on the 35th floor.
