The Nominating Committee for Independent Director has been organized to recommend candidates of Independent Director under relevant Law.
Organization
- The Nominating Committee for Independent Director must be comprised of two or more directors, and more than half from Independent Director by regulation.
- Currently, the committee is comprised of two (2) Independent Director and one (1) inside director.

Appointment and term of members
- The Committee members are appointed by resolution of the B of D, and the term is the same as the director's.
- The chair is appointed by resolution of the Committee, and currently outside director Cho Hye-Kyung is in charge.
Operation
- Committee for Recommending Candidates for Independent Director can be held as often as needed.
Rights
- The Committee may recommend candidates, who shall be appointed at the AGM, six (6) weeks before the Meeting.
- The Committee examines his/her ability, the reasons for appointment of director, and the qualification of independence conditions required by Law.
